We are using 1801 deeps - the standard 1801s are too shallow. I think we are
paying about $36 per case - that's 100 sheets or 1800 separate cells,

We do lettuce in 96s - great size for a 4 week transplant,

I finally found the 1801 inserts in a catalog but it doesn't say how deep
they are. I'm wanting deep inserts for my tomatoes.
Would I be better off with 606 -- 2x2.25" x 3.32(D) ?
Maybe I just answered my question. Looks like 1801 are 2.25" deep
(standard).

To preserve more bench space I'm looking at switching my lettuce to smaller
plugs. I've used 72s for EVERYTHING in the past.

Do you transplant directly from 288s into the ground (hoophouse)?

Thanks everyone - This list is such a help!
Marcy
