Just pull from the bottom of the scape, also the top of the lat leaf and it
will just pull out sometimes gives you a snap like a fresh picked
strawberry! I just harvested all mine this way and it works so much better
than cutting them!

How low (or high) on the stem should I prune my stiff-neck garlic scapes?
Right below the swelling? Down low where it emerges from the leaves?
