Regards to the list:
Liz, we got some Boer cross wethers last year to eradicate the poison ivy
and multiflora rose. They did a fantastic job on the ivy and roses, but, it
got so we couldn't keep them anywhere without a collar and chain. They
killed most of the ducks - stomped them with their front legs. But, we got
a nice price for them when we took them to the livestock auction. I don't
know anything about the other goats you mentioned. BTW, the wethers smell
bad, no matter what anyone tells you!
I also want them to eat down the massive
quantities of multiflora rose, blackberry canes,
honeysuckle and poison ivy we have--arrrggghhh--its
too early in the season to get this rash ; (((( !!
