Liz,

I've heard good things about Deer Stopper, and it's
OMRI listed:

I've been using another product, Liquid Fence, as a
border around a 1.5 acre vegetable field. Kept the
deer away last year. I stopped using it this winter,
of course, so I'll be curious to see if the deer stay
out this spring.
