Hi,
I was able to salvalge a refrigeration unit
that was used for a wine cellar. It cosists of two units: the compressor
(which mounts outside) and a twin fan unit that is mounted on the ceiling too
circulate the cool air. I have an outbuilding (the left side of an old
smokehouse) that I am going to convert to a cooler. The space is
about 12 X 12. It consists of no more than oak boards, a tin roof and a
dirt floor. I will have to frame, insulate the inside and pour a concrete
floor.
My question is what type of wall boards do I
use? I would like to be able to wash down the walls and ceiling. Any
suggestions?
Thanks,
David
