If you don't use the FSA programs you don't
have to certify anything, They don't even know you exist. We are in the NAP
program for uninsurable crops in Texas. The cost is $100.00 per crop or a total
for all crops of $300.00. http://www.fsa.usda.gov/pas/publications/facts/nap01.pdf
This link will tell all about the program. It has
saved us several times well worth the effort.
