We pot this in 4" pots and sell it with our herbs. It's pretty popular.
"Regular" celery, grown without blanching is also very strong - good in
cooking, but not for eating raw - at least that's how it grows here, in
summer, in southern Kentucky. We sell cutting celery in mixed herb bunches,
but not much of it. We do use it in salads - chicken, tuna, potato. I like
it because it is of a size that can be diced easily. It is also wonderful
in making soup stocks. It is pretty hardy in the high tunnels, in winter.

Hi, Folks!

I'm with Lori -- it's *strong* stuff and unless you are including it in a
dried herb mix, I wouldn't bother.
