Ok, I understand much better now. 48 loops sounds like a lot. Is it one
loop per bench? You don't have flow valves on each loop to adjust the
amount of hot water going through? Do you have your circulating pump on
the supply side (hot) of the loop or the return side (cold)? I'm just
wondering if you are using a cold water pump or one designed for hot water.

In your original post, you said "I can easily heat the trays and pots
on the benches to 70 degrees with the radiated heat capable of heating the
whole house over head at half the cost of a modine type hot air heater."
Are you saying you can heat the whole house with the under bench system, or
am I not reading it correctly?
