SORA I allways try to get my garlic
planted in early fall. If the tops do come up & get frozen back I have
found that they come right back in the spring. One year I got my garlic
planted late so I decided to mulch it heavily right after
planting. That winter we had a lot of rain & almost all of the
garlic rotted.
