Personally, I'm 52 and have begun reckoning with the fact that life is
terminal. That doesn't mean I'm reckless, it means that I try to put it all
into a balanced perspective. For example, while I'm not fond of the idea
that some food I may eat might have pesticide residue in it, I recognize
that it's not a major source of environmental contaminents in my life. Ever
consider how much environmental contaminent we take in every time we fill
our vehicles with fuel? I'm very healthy and content and don't let modest
risks get me off my game.
