Brace Institute at MacDonald College in Ste. Anne de Bellevue, PQ,
Canada, designed commercial solar dehydrators for use in the third
world. I think that Brace was killed off in one or another government
funding cutbacks, but you could try writing to the engineering
department at McGill U, Montreal, PQ--which MacDonald College was a part
of, or even to MacDonald College itself to see if they still sell plans.
