We sell our blossoms in bunches of 6-8, depending on how open they are. Bunches are $2, so this means we're selling them for 25 to 33 cents per blossom.
We only take them to certain markets. People at some markets have no idea what to do with them even if they do look interested, and never buy them no matter how much we push them. Other markets they sell out in an hour.

Bob and all: The first year I sold them at market for 6 for a dollar, then
went to 5 for a dollar the next year -- always sold out. My upscale market
bought them for 3 for a dollar and my chef offered that he'd pay $.50 a
bloom-- It's all over the place!
I found a web site once (which I can't find again) that showed them at .40
each for San Francisco chefs.
