You might consider looking for the heavy-duty platforms that heating/ac
people use under central air units. They're about 3'x3'x2" and made of
plastic. They aren't too heavy but they'd probably support your sand
filters. On the other hand, it wouldn't be that difficult to just lay down
4" of concrete using a bag mix from your local building supply house.
