Why don't you ask a local or regional greenhouse company to purchase it
by the pallet for you and resell it to you?
Should be able to get a better price that way.
I purchase ProMix from my greenhouse company; way under retail cost. I
realize the GH company selling the OMRI mix may not stock it as a
standard item - but they still should be able to get it for you at a
better price.
