Does anyone have a tip for keeping bok choy presentable at market? It seems
to wilt faster and easier than any other leafy vegetable. I spray the heck
out of it during the day but it just looks bad too soon. I hate to keep
putting out fresh ones just to wilt before they are sold. I wondered this
morning about just keeping them on display in a tub of cold water or covered
with ice.
Any ideas? I have a ton of the stuff growing and am bringing home more than
I'd like.
