Try contacting the American Grassfed Association. Their website should be
www.americangrassfed.org . They publish a newsletter called the Grassfed
Gazette. You may be able to get copies of it. They may also have
publications. Their members may as well.

I attended a Chef's Collaborative meeting in Chicago recently which focused
on grassfed beef. The AGA had representatives there that gave a very sound
argument for their cause, then served beef and cheese products from their
members. Quite impressive.
