Can anyone tell me which garlic type (name of
individual species) contains the most allicin for health benefit? I grow both
hard and soft neck and had someone ask me which variety contained the most. I
would like to find and plant that bulb. I figure it might take me a year to
track it down!
By the way, I just finished reading "Botany of
Desire" by Michael Pollan. I will only eat organic potatoes from now
on!
Thank you. Pat
