Thank you, Adriana, for passing this information on to me and the rest of
the list. I had pretty good confidance that this stuff is good to eat.
However it is better to have someone else who agrees with what one at least
intuitively thinks. I'm going to copy off the key information on the site
you supplied and print a few copies to have on hand for passing out to a few
chefs I might want to approach with it. Meanwhile I have thrown some of the
bittercress seed I harvested last year among the onions now coming up in my
hoophouse. Somewhere between what grows there and what I have seen already
growing in a cornfield on my dad's farm nearby, I should have enough to play
with in a month or so.

This whole proccess has been a lot of fun! It's amazing how much
information is floating around in bits and pieces out in cyberspace about
something as obscure as this little ole weed.
