Not sure, didn't do meat for market, but did use them during extensive power
outages during hurricanes. Unopened and 90% full of solid frozen items,
mine went 5 days before any perceptable thaw, and about 7 days before stuff
had to be used or lose it--but that was a mix of veggie/bakery/meat items
and during the height of summer. Your mileage may vary ; )).

oh yeah--which is why I was happy to only be able to use the smaller ones.
Hey, just did a google...Outdoor World (which is only 1.5 hrs away) has 150
