Marine coolers are the way to go. They're pricey but last a very long time
(8 years & still going). Mine are 120qt, but you can get up to 270qt. The
problem I found with larger than 120qts coolers was the sheer awkwardness in
dealing with such a weight/mass. I couldn't move them, couldn't even
"shove" them around. Plus the larger they are the more ice they need for
cooling, though you're dealing with frozen beef so it shouldn't be a
problem.
