PS.  watch where you plant the Borage, it will take over any peice of land in a years time.  It should probably be in a place all of its own.

Subject: [Market-farming] Borage & Balsam

Hi!  I have appreciated the thoughts given on farmers markets.  We are hoping to start week after next with the few things we have ready and by the end of the season hopefully be where we want to be.  I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer.

I have several borage plants that are going gang busters.  Is there a way I can harvest these for market?  I love the looks of them and was experimenting with some new and different herbs this year.  We also have balsam that did remarkably well (the flowering herb).  Just wondering if either of these can be something we can harvest to sell and how best to market them.

Thanks!
