If you are going to use interns check your state laws. these people are
considered employees by the gov't and most (if not all states) require
you have worker's Compensation insurance on each intern. if a stipend is
offered you have to take out appropriate taxes etc.

As far as housing goes in Ohio, at least a tent is not considered decent
housing for farm workers-you need a building or mobile home or perhaps a
yurt would pass muster.

Your states small business assoc. can point you in the right direction
on rules and regs for having interns.

Or you can always elect to fly under the radar and hope you don't get caught

If Trish Mumme is still on this list she can explain this MUCH better
than me and maybe is not so busy she that she could write a few lines
about this.
