Yes and no -- still have to have reasonably good weather during the spring
to get the bees out to pollinate. There have been years here in WI when it
was 40-50 degrees during the bloom, and the bees just didn't get out to do
their thing. Great view as the bloom holds the trees longer -- lousy for
fruit production.
