That's pretty warm. You could try starting the Swiss chard
seed in flats in your house.

Or just outdoors, but in flats. I often do this, it works
much better for me than sowing directly in the ground. I
just put the flats on our (not enclosed or roofed) front
porch until it's time to transplant.
