Here in Texas I have a general liability policy on my business and it is not
expensive compared to the coverage.
Perhaps you could have designated pickers, only let them pick after your
commercial picking is completed, or last but not least: Have them sign a
waiver where by they agree not to hold you are yours responsible in any way
and that they agree to all rules that you lay out in your agreement. If they
don't sign they cannot pick.
