In my experience keeping them in a cool dark area until planting has worked great, I am assuming these are bareroot? I kept mine in cardboard boxes for two weeks and had no problems. Hope that helps :o)

Hi all...recieved several hundred strawberry plants in the mail today....they seem to be in good shape. Can't plant until Saturday or maybe Sunday...whats the best way to handle them
