Right- but even if you're the boss, it might be more appropriate to use
Usted than Tu. I think it just conveys that you being a worker is just as
honorable as being the boss.

Ain't that the truth.
And so many corporate gigs I had kept stressing the "family" thing. So many
off hour social messes (unpaid) for the "family". They're family until they
lay you off!
I'd rather have money and respect than a fake corporate family. Actually,
I'd most like gorgeous heirloom tomatoes!
