Fred
One of the longest-running and most dynamic direct-market farming
operations in the country is run by the extended family of Joe Huber in
Starlight, Indiana. I'm not sure how far it is from Louisville, KY but it's
in southern IN. They grow and market fruit, veggies, wine, have a
restaurant, etc. It's been a few years since I had contact with them and I
don't have any direct contact information. Perhaps someone else on the list
knows how to contact them.
