OK, Liz, skip the heavy cream and put away the defib paddles. But if you
use
a lot of brown sugar, you'll need to have alot of emergency insulin kits

I recommend the squish squash Italiano Supremo Deliceaosomo Any Squash
recipe:
Take any squash or zuc or pumpkin- microwave 5 to 10 minutes until the
section or half is nice and soft. Then sprinkle the teeny-tiniest amount of
star anise on the top (this will greatly enhance the flavor and sweetness)
if you have available from a Chinese store in your area powdered liquorices
( the real plant stuff not the candy) put a small amount of the powder on
the top(400 times sweeter than sugar). Then to the classic spices--- nutmeg
a small amount---cinnamon a little bit more or heavy to taste- small amount
of powdered ginger for the bite-small amount of cayenne pepper works like a
flavor brightener in small amount and you will not taste it-a little mace if
you want the bakery taste. Then mash it all down flat and cover with
parmesan cheese the fresh kind and of a good quality. Put back in the
microwave for about 4 more minutes and then serve.
