OK, Liz, skip the heavy cream and put away the defib paddles. But if you use
a lot of brown sugar, you'll need to have alot of emergency insulin kits close
by. ;>)
Here's another tip on marketing squash. I was having a tough time selling
butternut at a market- meaning I was selling ZIP! I printed our modification
of Moosewwod's "No Fault Pumpkin Pie" recipe and put them out with the display
with a sign "FREE RECIPES." (I included a section on how to cut, deseed and
Bake.) I sold them all (2 bushels) that morning.
