I'm getting ready to mulch with straw, and the farmer next door that I get it
from asked if it would be OK to use soybean straw instead of the oat straw
I'm used to. He said it would probably have a little more loft to it.
I'm using it on brambles, garlic, ginseng, ground-stored carrots, etc.
Thanks for any thoughts you have.
