There are commercial potions available intended to supply calcium
through a foliar spray; I have none on hand and can not quote brand
names or contents. I have used them, they are available through normal
farm chemical suppliers.

Around here, we have calcium rich soils but still get blossom end rot
on early tomatoes; it is considered to be from a calcium deficiency in
the plant due to poor uptake of soil calcium in cooler weather. Giving
the plants excess calcium via bone meal or other sources helps; in all
cases, the problem disappears in the later part of the crop that was
set in warmer temperatures. That is, the plants "grow out of it".
