It's probably too late now for those plants; the blossom end rot
usually just affects the first of the crop that is growing in lower
than optimal temperatures. You have it NOW? In the future, a handful
of bone meal in each planting hole seems to help.
I doubt that those calcium foliar sprays conflict with your organic
principles, but the calcium was needed when the fruit was being set.
