This may be a local health department issue. Although we sell our mesclun
and spinach in 1 gal storage bags, pre-weighed, in Oklahoma two weeks ago,
some folks told us their health department considered that "packaging" which
can only be done in a licensed processing facility. Alison Wiediger, Au
