I wasn't suggesting that she copy it - it certainly wouldn't be relevant for
a farmers' market. Seeing an example of something is one way of learning -
an age old way. It would be adapted greatly, some parts trashed, others
added, etc. etc. etc. for her plan.

In addition, the references you mentioned, Jay, will hopefully help as well.
