Hi, we too use the Sel pak cellulose bags for our greens, and they do last quite awhile when stored open in the fridge (or so we've been told)..Also a good selling point is that they can be put in the compost when their use is over..Our dealer is located in Portland, Or. Good luck to you.

I am looking for a source of perforated plastic bags for lettuces (kind of like the type the grocery puts grapes into.

Montes doesn't carry them.  Any ideas?
