I am using Sel Pak - which are cellulose bags.  They work great for lettuce - they have gussets, and they breathe.  We don't close them anyway at market - not supposed to.  They even work in the fridge for a week.

I am looking for a source of perforated plastic bags for lettuces (kind of like the type the grocery puts grapes into.

Montes doesn't carry them.  Any ideas?
