Nan, When I order something like scallops from the fish area of the grocery
store it comes in a plastic container the shape of a cottage cheese
container but the color is a foggy clear color. There are no holes in the
bottom. There is also a size that is 1/2 the size of a cottage cheese
container, oh like soft cream cheese is sold in. I think thats what you
need.
You of course probably need to buy some new containers but could you also
ask your regulars to bring in their own container, some would probably not
mind.
In the old days containers like this I think were a waxed paper type thing,
wonder if they still make those. I of course have no suggestions where to
find this stuff just was hoping to help you think of things.
I did a net search once for containers, you might try it. You get alot that
are for the big guys but they might sell to you.
