Amy,
Good luck with your new market. You may want to find new vendors that can
provide baked goods. Also ask your customers what they would like. You may
want to consider just having your market on Wednesdays, as well, so that you
can attend the larger markets on Saturday, and also attract more larger
vendors to your weekday market. If you aren't getting enough produce in the
early season, you may want to either sell out of state produce, or open up
after the 4th of July. It sounds like advertising things are going well for
you though, as you have support from your Chamber, local papers, and so on.
