I use bread trays lined with toweling. The trays are flat so you can
only have one layer and the trays stack on each other so no tomatoes get
crushed. Bakeries sometimes get rid of them cheap. I think we found the
5 we have over the years. The racks hold a case of 'maters. If you use
these be sure to put the heaviest ones towards the edges and the smaller
ones in the middle for best results.
