Regards to the list:

Hey, Phil in Iowa,

They have lisianthus in the Park Seed Wholesale Plant 'n Plug 2000-2001 catalog. 1-800-845-3366

It was dry enough to till yesterday and neither of our tillers would start! So, took them to town to get worked on while we grafted and planted about 20 apple trees. About dark, they called and said the tillers were done.

Last night we had a deluge along with a thunderstorm. So, today, instead of getting everything planted, we dragged tree limbs and sticks to one spot and had a bonfire. The light company finally brought us some wood chips so we got the new trees mulched to keep all the moisture possible. There is a nice breeze so things are drying up quickly.

Three years ago, when we got the new tractor, I was learning to use the disk with it and disked all the rhubarb by mistake. (never will hear the end of that, I can tell you!) Yesterday, while weeding strawberries, I found 4 rhubarb plants! They survived all this time! I bought them from Burgess or Four Seasons really cheap.

We still don't have a hoop house done. I'm about to give up on it.

Marie in Missouri
