Marie, the Michigan blackberries that sold at our Illinois market last year
went for around $3.50 a quart. I'd say you could do pretty well with your
blackberries anywhere if they are as good as those.
However, if you don't sell them I have an excellent recipe for a sweet
blackberry vinegar that may be used as any fruit vinegar or as a beverage.
It takes about two weeks to make a batch from beginning to end.
