Pressure treated fence posts are not allowed under the new regulations.
Prohibited to come into contact with soil or livestock. I'm thinking
they may be allowed on a certified operation IF livestock is kept away
from it , such as with an electric fence to prevent contact.
Essentially, you'd have to treat your perimeter fence area as a buffer
zone. The preamble in the national rule mentions this briefly.
