Del:  I don't think it is hard to compete with the price cutters, they are
not there working week after week selling good quality products.  Most of my
business is 80 to 90% repeat business. People soon learn that a season vendor
that is there every day the market is open is going to get the best products,
or be there if they are not satisfied with something they bought.  We have
always had a policy of 100%   satisfaction or your money back, that goes for
wormmy sweet corn as well.
The hours at out market in Omaha are 8:00 to 12:30 and I have peolpe waiting
for the bell to ring to buy especcially greens which we run out of real
quick, and it takes three people to take care of customers and we still have
lines waiting to be waited on. Our regular customers are always there early
regardless how hard it is raining or how cold it might be.  But by 12:00
mosty people are gone and we start Packing up

We do three markets on Saturday and at least one market every day except on
Sunday and have done some special events on Sunday.  Needless to say we are a
little busy for the first of May til the end of October.  People that come to
the markets we sell in are ther to buy our Herbs, Vegetables, and Cut
flowers.
