Hi Liz, I think I will have to start purchasing some books as I have a very limited selection. I've been depending on the internet for most of my research, but as usual if you want the good stuff you pay. I've started a list of books that I eventually wish to obtain. Have you any suggestions on some that you would recommend? jacqueline

From reading the description of your stand, Jacqueline, it sounds like it
was built very similar to the design in "The Small Commercial Garden: How
to Make $10,000 a Year in Your Backyard" by Dan Haakenson. I just did a
search for it, and it came up at Borders for about $22. Expensive for
such a thin book, but I've never seen one (& I have an extensive library)
so packed with the practical sides of market farming--stand design,
greenhouse construction, setting up. I've worn mine out, and can't wait
to build those tables--nice, roomy displays, but lightweight to transport.
(ISBN: 0964286114) The author took the construction side of mf up a notch
with his engineering background. Highly recommended.
