Hi Jacqueline - For some reason I can't picture this at all but like the
idea - I've always been uncomfortable with that table between - it feels
like a barrier but haven't figured out how to accommodate filling bags, etc.
without being behind. I use two tables and an 8' two-tier, homemade market
stand, which I really like. These are placed in a sort-of flat-bottom "V".
In fact this year I plan to have a second market stand, and possibly a
third. We mostly use the table for recipe handouts, picture collages of the
farm and I'll often put out the "cookbook of the week" in a plastic cookbook
holder. It always creates a conversation.

Do you set up in a box or v-style and then just stay in the center? I also
don't like to feel like I'm in the customer's way. Wish you could do a
drawing!
