I had no idea that heavy metals are used in abrasives. That would be a good
reason not
to use the dust. Seems the greatest risk would be to workers at the monument
companies
who breath the dust. Anyway, I don't want to add these to my soil in any
form.
I guess the only way to find out for sure is to contact the maker of the
abrasive used
at your local monument company.
