Charlie,
Try to find some "elemental Sulfur" (prill form - if possible) and sprinkle
away from the veggies and lightly work into the soil. Use about a cupful
per 50 sqft. Sulfur will lower the pH, but, with that high of pH it could
take 3 to 5 years to get it down to around a 6.5.
