How is $29 half of $7000?
I discarded laptops because they don't slip into your pocket when you're
working. My Palm weighs 4oz.
IBM markets the Palm under their own branded name: WorkPad. All IBM field
techs get one. They've created software to connect the WorkPad to their AIX
internet servers. The Palm is then used to configure the server.
The light weight & computing power makes this the ideal "computin anywhere"
form factor right now. I wonder about next year though!
