Bill and list,

For a long time I thought my creative husband had come up with the idea on
his own but than he told me he had herd it at an IPM workshop at the 1998
OEFFA Conference. I have no idea who lead the workshop and he is out
planting so I cannot ask him right now.

Another sticky trap tip-on any hanging traps use a plastic baggie covered
with tanglefoot (or vasiline or whatever else one could use to stick bugs to
plastic) and put that bag over the trap. This saves a lot of time and,
believe it or not, resources over using a stong solvent to clean the traps
every 2 to 3 weeks.
